The Teaching Factory program at the Industrial Electrical Engineering Vocational School of Diponegoro University is an initiative aimed at integrating theory and practice in learning. Through this program, students are directly involved in various real-life projects covering the design, production, and testing of electrical equipment. They work in an environment that closely resembles real industry settings, acquiring practical skills relevant to industry needs and gaining deep insights into production and manufacturing processes. Under the guidance of experienced faculty members and collaboration with industry partners, students have the opportunity to develop themselves and prepare for entering the workforce with competitive and ready-to-use skills.
