Monday, 27 September 2021 Study of Program Industrial Electrical Engineering carries out Guest Lecture activities or Guest Lecturers by taking the theme of PLTS, Concepts and Applications. This guest lecture was delivered by Prof. Dr. Ir. Subiyanto, ST, MT. He is a Professor of Electrical Engineering from Semarang State University. In this lecture, the trend of PV mini-grid technology using Photovoltaic (PV) is presented, its characteristics, development and use in everyday life.
Meanwhile, the Dean of the Undip Vocational College, represented by the Deputy Dean 1 of the Undip Vocational College, Dr. Ida Hayu Dwimawanti, MM, said that guest lectures are very useful activities for Vocational Schools or Study Programs, especially for students to improve their competence in the chosen field of science. therefore, Undip Vocational College will continue to encourage the Study Program to continue to carry out guest lecture activities. In addition, the benefits that can be taken from guest lecture activities are the establishment of cooperation and communication with other universities, so that they can share experiences, knowledge and information. It can also provide a different atmosphere for students in carrying out lecture activities.
In the end, I hope this activity can be useful for the development of study programs in general, and in particular can increase knowledge about PLTS for participants in this general lecture.
