The awarding of a Patent Certificate
The Patent Certificate Award Ceremony, held by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, was attended by stakeholders and academics. The Industrial Electrical Engineering Program at the Vocational School of Diponegoro University (Undip) celebrated its outstanding achievement with the presentation of a patent certificate. The certificate was granted as official recognition of the innovation successfully developed by the teaching staff of the program.
The innovation recognized with this patent is the result of collaborative efforts between the instructors and students of the Industrial Electrical Engineering Program. In this project, the Industrial Electrical Engineering Program successfully developed innovative and relevant technological solutions for the electrical industry. This success not only reflects the high dedication of the team but also reaffirms Undip’s commitment to generating innovations that can have a positive impact on society and industry. With the issuance of this patent certificate, the Industrial Electrical Engineering Program at Undip’s Vocational School further strengthens its reputation as an innovation hub aimed at advancing industrial electrical technology. This step is also expected to inspire and motivate the younger generation to continue innovating for positive change in both industry and society.

An industrial visit to PT Hartono Istana Teknologi (POLYTRON), located at Jl. KHR Asnawi PO Box 126, Krapyak, Kudus, Central Java, has been successfully conducted. In this regard, a team from the Industrial Electrical Engineering Study Program was received by Mr. David Setyadi Rahardjo, the Head of Culture Development, and his team. During the visit, opportunities for collaboration between the Vocational School of Diponegoro University, particularly the Industrial Electrical Engineering Study Program, and PT Hartono Istana Teknologi (POLYTRON) in the development of the University’s Tri Dharma, especially in the internship process for students and other cooperation, were discussed. The discussion concluded that PT Hartono Istana Teknologi (POLYTRON) will accept students for internships by directly submitting a request letter. This visit is part of the Vocational School’s efforts to expand its cooperation network with leading companies in order to provide better practical experiences for its students. PT. POLYTRON, known for its innovations in the field of electronics, is a highly anticipated partner to help improve the quality of technical education at the Vocational School. During the visit, representatives from the Vocational School met with PT. POLYTRON’s senior management to discuss various potential collaborations, including internship programs, joint research, and training for students. Both parties explored various ways to support and strengthen the competencies of students in facing future industry challenges. This collaboration not only benefits students in terms of practical experience and industrial knowledge but also provides opportunities for PT. POLYTRON to recruit quality workforce from Vocational School graduates. In a joint statement after the meeting, both parties expressed their commitment to carry out this collaboration with enthusiasm and dedication. They believe that collaboration between the education and industry sectors will bring significant benefits to both parties and contribute positively to economic and social development in the region. This visit is considered an important first step in building a strong relationship between the Vocational School and PT. POLYTRON, and is expected to serve as a foundation for broader and sustainable cooperation in the future.
