As the Head of the Industrial Electrical Engineering Study Program at the Vocational School of Diponegoro University, the responsibilities encompass a wide range of academic and managerial duties. These include planning and developing a curriculum that aligns with industrial advancements, overseeing the teaching and learning processes, leading and coordinating the academic staff, and ensuring that the study program meets established academic and professional standards.

In addition, as a leader, the role also involves facilitating collaboration between faculty members, students, and industry partners in order to enhance the quality of education and strengthen the connection between theory and practical application in the field of industrial electrical engineering.

As the Secretary of the Industrial Electrical Engineering Study Program at the Vocational School of Diponegoro University, the responsibilities include managing the daily administrative operations of the study program. These duties cover document and archive management, preparing class schedules, coordinating internal and external communication, and supporting new student recruitment and related administrative processes.

Additionally, the secretary is responsible for facilitating meetings, recording minutes, and assisting in the coordination of academic and non-academic activities associated with the study program.
